Flexible Service Solutions
U-Touch are happy to tailor a Support Service Level Agreement to the needs and requirements of the customer. Our engineers are always available for service and support of U-Touch products, see Service Fees outlined in the SLA Schedule. U-Touch strongly advises that the specialist maintenance and support of the Video Wall is undertaken by one of our experienced engineers. This removes any warranty issues, and ensures a safe and successful installation that will be cost effective over time.
